CTE Exploration Week

Registration is now open for the 4th annual FREE CTE Exploration Week on Chemeketa's Salem Campus.

CTE Exploration Week, happening June 22nd-25th from 8:00am-1:45pm, is a hands-on learning experience for students ages 14-16 in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties. Students will take part in engaging lessons featuring activities that get them involved in a day-to-day work of being in the classroom and pursuing the career of their chosen CTE field. During the week, they will have a choice of two sessions, an AM and a PM, which they will then attend for 4 days.

This year, our session offers are the following:

• Allied Health
• Art: Mixed Media
• Art: Observational Drawing
• Computer Information Systems
• Electronics and Robotics
• Entrepreneurship
• Horticulture

A grab-and-go breakfast and lunch is included! The deadline to register is Wednesday, May 20th or until filled. Please note: Space is limited to 100 students, click here to apply.
